What are credits?
Credits are how usage is measured — each message sent, call minute, and enrichment consumes credits. You pay for the work the AI actually does, not for how many people are on your team.
What happens when I hit my credit limit?
You can top up credits on any plan at any time — no forced upgrade. If you top up regularly, moving up a tier is usually cheaper, and we'll tell you when that's the case.
Do you really not charge per seat?
Really. Your whole team can use Ninjabot — the CRM, the conversations, the reporting — on every plan. Plans scale by AI capacity (concurrent agents) and usage (credits), never by headcount.
Is the CRM extra?
No. The full pipeline CRM — deals, contacts, activities — is included on every plan, including Starter.
What are the contract terms?
Monthly billing. Enterprise agreements can be annual with custom terms. There is no long lock-in on Starter or Growth.
How do you handle our data and GDPR?
EU data residency, GDPR-compliant processing, and a DPA available for signature. Details on our Trust & security page.
