Terms of service

These terms govern access to and use of the Ninjabot platform and services. By using the service you agree to them. Ninjabot is a business-to-business service.
1. The service
Ninjabot provides an AI sales assistant and CRM: it responds to and engages leads over SMS, email, and voice, qualifies them against customer-defined criteria, books meetings, and logs activity in a built-in CRM. Features vary by plan as described on the pricing page.
2. Accounts & fair use
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you configure (offer, prices, qualification criteria) and for the contact lists you upload.
- You confirm you have a lawful basis to contact the people in your lists, and you will honor opt-outs.
- You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communication.
3. Plans, credits & billing
- Plans are billed monthly in advance. Usage is metered in credits; unused monthly credits do not roll over unless agreed otherwise.
- Credit top-ups are available on any plan and are consumed after included credits.
- We never charge per team member. Plan limits apply to AI capacity (agents) and usage (credits).
4. Customer data
Your contacts, conversations, and CRM records remain yours. We process them only to provide the service, under our Data Processing Agreement and privacy policy. We do not sell customer data or use it to train models for other customers.
5. Service levels & support
We target high availability but the service is provided “as is” without a guaranteed uptime unless agreed in an Enterprise contract. Support channels and response targets vary by plan.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the commercial outcome of conversations conducted on your behalf.
7. Termination
You may cancel monthly plans effective at the end of the billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. On termination you may export your CRM data for 30 days.
8. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms with notice; continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic; disputes belong to the courts of the Czech Republic. Questions: hello@ninjabot.eu.
